Join us with Joan Costello from Te Reo Tūhono in a fun, relaxed, and encouraging course learning Te Reo. Throughout this seven week course, you are immersed in the Māori perspective and its intrinsic spirituality, creating a heartfelt connection to the language.
The whanake ako\ learning continues in this Everyday Te Reo – Building your confidence class with Joan Costello. This fun, relaxed, and encouraging online course runs waru wiki (8 weeks) and is a perfect continuation of your journey from our Intro and Next Steps classes. Throughout the eight-weeks, you will journey into the intrinsic spirituality and tikanga of the reo.
In preparations for Matariki, Artist Stevei Houkāmau will lead you though a wānanga where you will learn basic coiling and shaping techniques to create an Ipu Whenua or Waka Whenua.
Join Xin Alice Huang in this beginner's class in Calligratherapy, celebrating the art of calligraphy as showcased in our exhibition Sailing Lanterns.
